Integrated Predictive Control of PMLSM Current and Velocity Based on ST-SMO

چکیده
To enhance the control performance of a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) and to improve its dynamic response steady-state accuracy, PMLSM model predictive integrated (MPC) system based on super-twisting sliding mode observer (ST-SMO) is proposed. According mathematical PMLSM, this paper designs three-step predict comprehensive correction factor, optimize prediction speed current, reduce time, system’s stability. Meanwhile, in order solve problem PMLSM’s high dependence mechanical sensors, ST-SMO introduced observe rotation which has better tracking observation accuracy than traditional (SMO). Finally, experimental verification carried out platform. The software simulation hardware experiment results show that designed not only simplifies overall structure system, but it also ability. Compared with methods SMO, performance, stability, speed-tracking performance.
